Up 0.2%: Bing captured 15.6% market share of search engine in America in June 2012, while Google also gained a little bit of points with 66.8% market share

Bing market share was at 15.4% share during the previous two months (April and May).  However, the “Doing Engine” gained 0.2% market share of search engine in America in June 2012.  The latest data from comScore qSearch analysis of America’s search engine market share showed Bing captured 15.6% market share in June. 

Yahoo dropped to 13.0% share in June, compared to 13.4% share in May.  This was drop of 0.4% share.

The Search Alliance combo of Bing and Yahoo totaled 28.6% share in June, compared to 28.8% share in May.  This was a drop of 0.2% share.

Google continued to gain with 66.8% market share in June, compared to 66.7% share in May, or an increase of 0.1% share.
