Bing Travel’s new rival: Google received a round-trip ticket from the Justice Department as the search giant will be allowed to purchase ticketing company ITA Software and launch travel search service

Googlr-logo America’s Justice Department has approved Google to purchase ticketing company ITA Software for $700 million in cash.   There are several “if-s” for the deal to be completed, such as Google must let the decision engine to continue crunching data from ITA for Bing Travel section.

Bing Travel will face a new rival as Google will soon launch a travel search service, including providing flight search information, best deals for ticket, best deals for vacation packages, etc.
