The King of Bing Maps Contest announced winner as Taxi Fare Calculator developed by Ricky Brundritt won grand prize $1,000

Bing team invited developers who were 14 years or older to submit their maps apps by July 25 and promised to announce winner by August 20.  And now, this year's winner is Ricky Brundritt, who developed Taxi Fare Calculator, as per Bing Maps Contest website.  Taxi Fare Calculator creator, Brundritt received $1,000 for his work.

This Taxi Fare Calculator maps app helps people that rely on taxi and travelers to estimate taxi fare and finding the best route with the best price.  According to Bing team website, Taxi Fare Calculator app is available in most of top metropolitans in America and other top 18 world cities.
