All participants must have registered as a Microsoft adCenter Advertiser and they must obtain an adCenter account number. Then, participants need to fill in the Bing Bling Birthday Sweepstakes form before July 16, 2010.
Due to the sweepstakes rules, only adults who live in America and Britain are allowed to join the competition. Winners will be randomly selected on July 19, 2010. There will be 100 American winners and 100 British winners. Each pack has a market value of $35.
