Hitwise has supported early this week report by comScore showing Bing continued to gain market share in America. According to the latest Hitwise data, as reported by Wall Street Journal online, Bing search market share increased to 9.5% in August, compared to July’s market share of 8%.
According to the same report, Google and Yahoo market share in America continued to drop in August. Google search market share in America slipped to 70.2% in August, compared to July’s share of 71.4%.
