Bing + Yahoo domains

Last week’s married of Bing and Yahoo was predicted by domainers about two months ago.  The two top domains YahooBing.com and BingYahoo.com were registered on May 28, 2009 by a same person in New York. 

The two top domains changed ownership [sold] to Yahoo just a couple of days after the deal was signed, exactly on July 31, 2009.  The two domains are currently administered by Markmonitor.com.

(a) YahooBing.com: Yahoo! Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, USA (formerly owned by Russell Porzelt, Hicksville, NY, USA).

Using info from WHOIS data, let’s look into few other domain combinations between the married of Bing and Yahoo:

(a) YaBing.com: Hua Wang, Los Angeles, CA, USA (registered since 1999).

(b) BingHoo.com: Xvhong Wang, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China (registered since 2009).

(c) PoweredByBing.com:  Jing Bing, Torrance, CA, USA (registered since 2007).
