After the 4th of July holiday, major tech news outlets have been covering the latest electrical fire which shut down the travel section of Bing. If a user is googling for word “bing” today, user will be seeing Google cached on the first page showing “Bing Temporarily Unavailable.” As for uptime concerns, new users may not be aware of the last weekend outage and this may be harmful to Bing’s reputation. Is Google showing bias toward search results?
